The training provides comprehensive and practical knowledge in the fields of data protection and information security. Participants will gain an understanding of GDPR requirements, the requirements of the ISO 27701:2025 Privacy Information Management System, and acquire the competencies necessary to fulfil the roles of Data Protection Officer (DPO) and information security specialist.

Upon completion of the training, participants will have knowledge of:

• Confident understanding and application of the full GDPR requirements framework

• Designing and operating a PIMS based on ISO 27701:2025

• Conducting DPIAs and applying risk assessment methodologies

• Preparedness for DPO and information security specialist roles

• Ability to plan internal audits and compliance programmes

• Obtaining a CPD accredited certificate

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – General Data Protection Training

Training duration: 1 day (8 hours with online attendance)

Level: Basic / General knowledge

Target group: All employees and members of the organization

Legal basis: Regulation (EU) 2016/679

The purpose of the training is to familiarize participants with the fundamental principles of personal data processing, the most important provisions of the GDPR, as well as the data protection risks arising in everyday work activities and their proper handling. The training supports the development of conscious and lawful data processing practices within the organization.

By the end of the training, participants will:

• Understand the basic concepts of the GDPR and the lawful requirements of data processing.

• Recognize risks related to personal data and data protection incidents.

• Be able to handle personal data securely and lawfully during their daily work activities.

Data Protection Officer (DPO) - Professional Training Program

Training duration: 2 days (16 hours with online attendance)

Level: Mixed level

Target group: Designated or prospective Data Protection Officers (DPOs), employees performing data processing and compliance-related tasks, legal and HR professionals, information security officers, as well as managers of organizations operating in both the public and private sectors. Recommended for all those involved in establishing, supervising, or auditing GDPR-compliant data protection operations.

Legal basis: Regulation (EU) 2016/679

The purpose of the training is for participants to become familiar with and acquire the following:

• Developing an in-depth and critical understanding of GDPR principles, concepts, and obligations

• Accurate understanding of the role, responsibilities, and independence of the DPO

• Practical application of EDPB guidelines

• Acquiring methodologies for data breach management, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), and internal audits

• Designing and managing processes related to the exercise of data subject rights

• Becoming familiar with practical cases, case studies, and templates

By the end of the training, participants will be able to interpret and apply GDPR requirements in practice, perform the duties of a Data Protection Officer, monitor compliance of data processing activities, and manage data protection risks and incidents. In addition, they will confidently support their organization’s data protection compliance and cooperate with supervisory authorities.
